2023 State of the City

Lubbock's new Mayor, Tray Payne, had a successful first State of the City address. The Mayor discussed growth, progress, and performance. 

Mayor Tray Payne promised a significant change coming to the city with the State of the City 2023. Mayor Payne plans on providing accessible and reliable electricity, water, roads, and streets for his constituents. This year, Mayor Payne is committed to working hard for his people to ensure a better future in Lubbock. Mayor Payne's commitment to creating a direct positive impact on the citizens of Lubbock will have lasting effects well beyond this 2023 State of the City address.
