Magic Math - Learn@Lunch

Join us for Magic Math. This class will help students gain an understanding of common terms, statements, and calculations to help communicate better, understand budgets, and realize goals.  As well as understand the true dollar value of every team member’s contribution. We'll cover Occupancy terms and values, financial terms, cash flow, cap rate, and NOI.  All the things needed to help develop accurate budgets and understand finances.  

Guest speaker is Victoria Cowart with Pet Screening

The class will be in person at LAA; the guest speaker will be virtual via Zoom.
